We collect personal information to be able to deliver the chat service. Your personal information make it possible for the customer service representatives to answer your questions.
We collect chat messages, and some other information about you, such as e-mail, name, Internet address, IP address and the browser you use.
We also collect anonymized information about how you interact with the chat program.

Your personal data are processed on the grounds of the EU privacy regulations (GDPR) Article 6, paragraph 1b. The information collected is required to be able to deliver the service to you, in line with our contractual obligations.
To deliver our service, we use data processors as subcontractors. We have Data Processing Agreements in place with all subcontractors.

Your personal data is processed in the EU and in the USA. All vendors outside the EU process data in accordance with EU rules (Privacy Shield).
Your personal information is collected through your use of the chat system. If you use the e-mail functionality, we will also collect data from your e-mails.
We store your personal information in our databases, where they are subject to regular backups.
We may also analyse your questions by using artificial intelligence, to suggest automatic responses to your queries.
After a maximum of six months, your personal data are automatically deleted.
Your personal information is kept for up to six months, after which it is automatically deleted.
At any time, you are free to delete the data we have stored about you by using the Delete my data function in this window.
Your rights include access, correction, deletion and data portability of your personal data. You are entitled to complain to the Norwegian Data Inspectorate ("Datatilsynet") if you feel your data has been processed in violation of the rules.
